Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kathryn Tidbits Cottage. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Domestic Shipping
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped or delivered on weekends or Sarawak holidays.
If the shipping company experiencing a high volume of orders (festive season and holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, all via EasyParcel & PosLaju.
For delivery in major cities, it usually takes 2-4 days to complete delivery within Sarawak. Meanwhile, it takes about 4-7 days for delivery to Peninsular Malaysia & Sabah.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially during holidays and festive seasons.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Kathryn Tidbits Cottage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Kathryn Tidbits Cottage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, along with your docket number.
For any wrong/ damaged/ faulty products that are caused by our party, you can choose to not receive the goods. We will refund the amount back to you in the form of credit to your membership account.
On-Demand Delivery
On-Demand Delivery is applicable only to customers within 15km around Bintulu town, Sarawak. We have been partnering with GrabExpress & Pandago.
There is no Cash on Delivery (COD) option yet. Pay only up to a fix rate of Rm6. Payment is included on the order upon check out of the item.
Same Day Delivery is possible if you do your part, process your payment early.
You have to place your order and make payment before we request a rider. Our staff will still consume a certain amount of time to verify your payment.
We will do a batch schedule of delivery date & time you selected. We will share order tracking detail once a rider pick-up the parcel. Make sure to provide the accurate Name, Address, Mobile Number and Receiver should be present.
Provide a pin screenshot of your Landmark so we can pin your location accurately.
Make sure to choose GrabExpress & Pandago as your courier of choice upon checking out of order.
